Show Location and Phone Numbers
The show will be held at Pittsburg State University. Indoor exhibits will be located in the Robert W. Plaster Center. Outdoor exhibits are also available.

Prospective Exhibitors: Please complete a Booth Space Request Form to receive information. After returning exhibitors have been assigned spaces, new exhibitors will be assigned booth spaces on a first-come, first-served basis. Visit the NEW Vendors tab located under Exhibitors for more information.

Exhibitor Set-Up Dates
Monday, July 6 — 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Tuesday, July 7 — 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Wednesday, July 8 — 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Thursday, July 9 — 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
All exhibits must be in place by Thursday, July 9 before 6 p.m.

Please note that 2026 Exhibitor Packets are being mailed to 2025 Exhibitors on December 5, 2025. Prospective 2026 Exhibitors may begin submitting contracts in February of 2026. Booth Contracts will be available at that time.
