Show Dates and Hours
Friday, July 10 — 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Saturday, July 11— 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Sunday, July 12 — 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Grounds will be open one hour before show time to exhibitors only.
Exhibitor Set-Up Dates
Monday, July 6 – 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Tuesday, July 7— 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Wednesday, July 8— 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Thursday, July 9 — 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Forklift service will be available beginning at 11 a.m. on Monday, July 6 ($15 minimum charge) and will continue through 5 p.m., Tuesday, July 7.
All exhibits must be in place by Thursday, July 9 before 6 p.m.
Liability Insurance
A Certificate of Liability Insurance with $1,000,000 minimum coverage is required from ALL 2026 Farm Show exhibitors naming Pittsburg State University and Greene County Agricultural & Mechanical Society dba Ozark Empire Fair, Four State Farm Show as additional insured. Show coverage may be provided by your insurance provider OR is available through The Ozark Empire Fair for an $85.00 fee. Please contact Tori Mitchell at 417-833-2660 for information.
Tear Down and Move Out
Tear down and move out of exhibit space must not begin before 3 p.m. on Sunday, July 12. As another event directly follows the Four State Farm Show, all inside booths must be removed by 12 noon on Tuesday, July 15. All outside booths must be removed by 5 p.m., Wednesday, July 16. No exceptions.
ATVs & UTVs
The use of ATVs or UTVs for transportation on show grounds by exhibitors or spectators prior to, during or after the show is prohibited. These units are for stationary display purposes only, on booth space rented by show exhibitors. Golf carts are allowed and may be rented from the show supplier.
Booths Must Remain Intact
Exhibitors’ booth spaces must remain intact throughout the show. Large items (i.e. equipment and accessories) sold to customers can be removed after closing or prior to opening but the booth must remain stocked, staffed and open for business during show hours. Failure to comply may result in non-eligibility to exhibit at future shows.

Tent Rentals
Tent rentals go through Weiser Tent Service, Aurora, Missouri. Deadline for orders is April 25, 2025.

Exhibitor Registration
All exhibitors must register between July 6-9 at the Four State Farm Show office. Parking passes and exhibitor name badges will be issued at check-in.
