A variety of tasty food truck style concessions await visitors to the 47th annual Four State Farm Show at Pittsburg, KS. Located at Pittsburg State University, the show will be held Friday and Saturday, May 20-21 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Sunday, May 22 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
After a four-year absence, the always popular Pineapple Whip makes its return in 2022. Pineapple Whip is a delicious fruit juice based non-dairy soft serve. While pineapple is the primary flavor, a rotation of mango-peach, strawberry-kiwi, grape and orange are sometimes available as secondary flavors. Pineapple Whip has been family owned by three generations. Starting at the Ozark Empire Fair, Springfield, MO in 1974 and making its way to the streets of Springfield in 1988, Pineapple Whip has become a Springfield tradition.

What started as selling tacos under a tent soon transformed into a food truck selling those popular eats on the street in style. At Ghetto Tacos, they’re committed to the tastiest tacos in town. Using only the freshest quality ingredients, authentic seasonings and traditional preparation methods, each is truly a treat. From carne asada and pollo to chorizo and the sweetly savory al pastor, each taco comes topped with cilantro and diced onions as street tacos do. Cowboy Kettle Corn is family owned and operated. They have an old-fashioned cast iron kettle, use premium mushroom popcorn, and stir the corn by hand with a wooden paddle. Cowboy Kettle Corn is cooked using a secret recipe known by only a few but loved by many. The Cowboy Kettle Corn Wagon is one of the most unique you will find. With real log siding, a tin roof, wheel covers, and a removable towing tongue it looks like a small cabin. Three large serving windows open up so the customers can see the kettle corn being handmade, one batch at a time.
